I've recently come across an old favourite of mine that is worth a look at if you're into platformers. Iji is a game by Daniel Remar, and takes place after an alien force invades Earth. You play as 20-year-old Iji, one of the last survivors of the attack on the facility she was visiting at the time of the attack. Using the nanotechnology that was implanted into her after the initial attack, its up to Iji to bring the fight to those that invaded the facility. Iji is something of an unusual platformer, as the game adapts to the way you play. Doing a pacifist (no kill) run changes the way the story unfolds in comparison to a normal run. For example, NPCs will react differently to you depending on which type of run you are going for. Iji (the character) can also gain levels by collecting nanites, which can then be used to upgrade her stats, which can give a number of bonuses, like extra health or upgrading the strength of her kick to break down stronger security doors. It's available for free from Daniel's site : LinkIt also has a trailer:

Thanks for posting a link to this game. Looks interesting and with voice acting it seems. I like free games and will definitely check this out. The ability to adapt to the way you play should be another interesting feature. The link you posted is broken since it just takes you to this thread. Although I did find the website by doing a google search.

Apparently I forgot to add the url when doing the write up. Whoops.
There is a little bit of voice work, but its only enemy reactions ("Hey! You! Stop!) and Iji responding to killing enemies and kicking. Conversations are done with text.
